Underage Drinking- wait until your 18!

It seems that the common place for teens of today is hanging around local corner shops attempting to use their older brothers i.d to purchase some smirnoff ice for them and their gang of mates.
It's plain obvious to me today who is and isn't 18 years of age. By growing what they call a beard or more commonly to us 'bum fluff' on their chin, they immediatly consider themselves to be a mature adult, usually 19 years of age (18 being too risky if questioned and 20 being a major push for them to pull off) and therefore clearly allowed to be able to buy alcohol without questioning.
With the amount of fake i.d going about today, it's almost as if cards are now available like postcards in corner shops for kids to go in and pick similar to how they would with pick n mix the year before. 'This guys got long, shabby brown hair, i can pass of as Robert Dungy'. The worrying fact is that most dodgey, corner shops are now not glancing once at these i.d's and children are getting away with buying alcohol at the age of 16, at a push maybe 17.
